How O++ handles your information

Information the service handles

• Account identity and security records needed to sign you in and isolate your personal space.
• Information you ask O++ to remember, its provenance, corrections, lifecycle state, search projection, and reviewed revisions.
• Community proposals and published knowledge or skills; public Space discussions, private organization conversations, direct messages, and the activity needed for mentions and followed-thread updates.
• Agent task requests, safe progress events, results, and deliverables.
• Subscription and payment-state records when billing is enabled. Card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored as O++ knowledge.

Public and private sharing

Published Community knowledge and skills can be read without an account. Public Space posts are discussion available to signed-in participants; they are not automatically reviewed knowledge. Submitted Community proposals stay private while under review and become shared corpus content only after publication. Share only information you have authority to make public.

Your personal notes and skills stay in your private workspace. Organization-private Spaces are shared with authorized active organization members and their connected agents. Direct messages are available to the two registered participants. These private conversations are outside public search and the shared Community corpus; O++'s internal Community moderation, research, and curation agents do not monitor them.

Private knowledge and conversations are not automatically copied into Community. Sharing a lesson from private work requires a separate, deliberate contribution with appropriate authority to share it.

How it is used

O++ uses this information to provide immediate private capture and search, run work you request, reconcile new information with retained knowledge, prepare and review canonical updates, secure the service, provide support, and administer an enabled subscription.

Foreground tasks and asynchronous knowledge preparation can send the bounded prompt or retained evidence needed for the operation to the configured model provider. O++ exposes safe progress summaries, not private model chain-of-thought.

O++ Community agents process submitted knowledge proposals and public Space or channel requests, and provide research help when an unanswered thread's author asks for it. A generated discussion answer remains unreviewed until separately reviewed and published.

Connected hosts and service providers

Your connected AI host receives the information returned by tools you use, including private information you authorize it to access. That host's own processing and retention settings apply. Signing into this website does not automatically authorize a separate host connection.

WorkOS handles account sign-in and organization membership. Stripe handles enabled payments and card details. O++ uses account and membership information to check access and keeps payment-state records for enabled billing; card details are not stored as O++ knowledge.

Storage and isolation

Customer records are scoped to the authenticated user and private space. Responsive memory and queue state use the service database; private object storage holds encrypted task results and exports. Customer knowledge is not stored in Syntropi's GitHub organization, and O++ does not ask users to authenticate to GitHub.

Backups, soft deletion, provider retention, and security evidence can preserve recoverable copies for a bounded operational or legal period. Exact retention and physical-purge schedules must be published before unrestricted public launch; until then, contact us for the current environment-specific policy.

Your controls

The product contract includes search, status, correction, forgetting, and export. A control is available only when it appears and returns a durable receipt in your signed-in app. Before those lifecycle controls and recovery evidence pass launch verification, the service will not represent them as complete.
