Terms for using O++
These terms describe the consumer O++ personal knowledge and agent service. By creating an account or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.

Accounts and access
Use your own account, keep access secure, and do not attempt to access another person's private space. QA or other limited environments may enforce an allowlist. Access to one environment does not imply access to another.
Acceptable use
Do not use O++ to violate law, rights, privacy, service security, or provider policies; distribute malware; evade safeguards; or process material you are not authorized to provide. Automated work remains subject to fair-use, abuse, and safety controls.
Subscriptions
O++ includes a permanent free tier that requires no card. Private note and skill capture is free within existing usage limits, without a subscription or Hive Bucks. The optional founding plan increases personal-agent limits at $5 per month, with a 14-day trial for eligible first-time subscribers. Restarting a subscription does not grant another trial. Only a verified paid month adds 500 Hive Bucks; the trial adds none. Stripe Checkout shows the exact price, renewal, and trial terms before confirmation. You can cancel future renewal through the signed-in account portal; the free tier and preservation controls remain available afterward. Failed payment does not transfer ownership of stored knowledge to O++.
Your content
You retain rights you have in information and files you provide. You grant O++ permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You are responsible for having authority to provide it.
Service reliability
Features can be incomplete, unavailable, or changed during early access. A task, capture, export, deletion, billing event, or deployment is complete only when the relevant service returns and later verifies its durable evidence. Do not rely on O++ as the sole copy of critical information.
