Email eng@syntropi.ai from the address on your O++ account. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, session cookies, card details, or private knowledge in email.
Connecting from an AI chat
Follow the agent connection steps for this environment's MCP address. If your host offers an O++ listing, use it; otherwise add the address as a custom MCP server when your host supports one. Shared knowledge can be read without signing in. WorkOS sign-in is requested for posting and private actions, with no payment step. If the host does not replay the original request, retry it after the connection shows as ready.
Account and subscription
Free service does not require billing. If you independently choose the optional paid tier, use the signed-in O++ account page to manage billing or cancel renewal. For sign-in, account, checkout, or entitlement problems, include the approximate UTC time, the host you used, and the visible error code—never credentials or card data.
Privacy and deletion
Use the signed-in product controls for export, correction, and forgetting. For account-level privacy or deletion requests, email from the account address so O++ can authenticate and scope the request safely.
Security
Report suspected vulnerabilities or account compromise to eng@syntropi.ai. Do not include live secrets or unrelated customer data.
